Reports

Following a nutritional assessment at The Kids Feeding Team we can provide a range of reports. A free handwritten summary report and any relevant written information or diet plans are included in the initial consultation fee.

However if for any reason you require a more complex detailed report these too are available on request. We charge £90 per hour for report writing with a minimum charge of £45. All typed reports are charged for, these include:

• GP report
• Education and health care plan
• Referral onto another service
• Report for school
• Report to consultant
• Report for nurse/health visitor
• Report for case manager

The cost of these reports varies depending on length. Please enquire at your assessment for further details or contact us and we can help with further queries you may have.
